Kenya
Kenya is a land of dreams and dreamers. A country of pastorialists living as they did centuries ago while one of the biggest cities in Africa explodes with life just a few kilometres away. In Kenya, there are lions in the city and hippos in the lakes and whales in the sea. In Kenya, you can safari, shop and swim in the Indian Ocean within the same day.
I have spent the last 4 years writing Kenya blogs about this fabulous country. But as hard as I try I will never be able to convey the sheer majesty of a country that is blessed with volcanoes and rifts and lakes and wildlife that are beyond your imagination.
Some of my most popular Kenya blogs are listed below. Enjoy.

Travel Blogs in Kenya
Safari in Kenya is written about in books and painted in pictures and movies. From the celebrated Maasai Mara & Ol Pejeta to lesser known reserves such as the Loldaiga Hills and Kimana Sanctuary, there is no better place in the world to safari. Read my Kenya safari blogs here.
The Kenyan coastline is one of the most stunning in the world. 500+ kilometres of palm fringed, white sand beach which front the blue-jade Indian Ocean. There are no tourist hotspots here, instead small villages barely changed over centuries where Lamu style villas hide among the flowers and palms.
Nairobi, Kenya’s capital city, isn’t like anywhere else in the country. Life moves slowly in Kenya but Nairobi is a hustling bustling mega city full of bars, restaurants, clubs, shops and Nairobi National Park – the only safari in a city in the world.
Upcountry refers to the middle and northern regions of Kenya. It’s impressive, think Africa’s second highest mountain, the worlds longest rift and the biggest lake on the continent, there’s endless things to see and do, read my Kenya blogs here.
